This week for Valentine's we have a gorgeous selection of seasonal product including roses, lilies, tulips, protea, allium, miniature green hydrangea, delphinium, eryngium, hypericum berries, eustoma, clematis, chrysanthemums, belles of Ireland, alstroemeria, Gerbera daisies, French lilac, and so much more.
We are designing with these flowers at various price points. If there are varieties you must have, or need to avoid, please make those notations in the comments on your order. Will do our best to accommodate.
In Japan, "omakase" simply means that the customer leaves the details to an order to the shop. Omakase in Japanese requires Trust. "I'll leave it up to you, because you know your product. I know I can trust you." It puts the pressure on the creator.
Our award-winning designers will assemble a custom arrangement using the freshest product of the season. This choice opens the possibility for more creativity. With pre-set web options, the designs are restricted to items that we must have available every day. That means we don't include special seasonal items that are only available for a short time at market. With an omakase choice, and your trust, we can use those cool varieties! Colors and cultivars will vary daily.
